The Guild Group is Australia's primary insurance company serving the Pharmaceutical Guild of Australia and its members. Established in 1963, the group has grown to include companies spanning superannuation, insurance and shared services.

Following the extensive refurbishment of the Guild Super offices, OLSK was again engaged to construct a unique 'innovation space’, with the brief to enable 'cross fertilisation' of ideas from all different companies within the Group.

OLSK studied psychological research, revealing that people feel more inspired when surrounded by the colours of sunflower. In almost every culture, yellow represents sunshine, happiness and warmth. It also assists in cultural integration. The yellow concept inspired the design of the space.

Bright colours, flexible furniture and a range of different seating experiences were coupled with giant sunflowers that cover the glazed partitions.

Special Features: Feature carpet inserts, wall graphics, collaborative bespoke furniture, feature lighting and writable glass walls.
